About Me

Ruth established Ruth Roybal, Virtual Assistant in November 2002 to provide administrative support, customer service, and web design services to the general public, entrepreneurs, and small and home-based businesses. She has over 15 years of experience and training in the administrative support and customer service fields. Throughout her career, she has held positions as assistant to corporate partners in the engineering industry, systems administrator, front desk manager for dental offices, and customer service manager for a national distributor of commercial swimming pool supplies. These experiences have provided her with opportunities to continue expanding her skills and knowledge of computers and software packages as well as the importance of great customer service.

Some of her personal accomplishments include management of multiple engineering projects, software development, developing policies and procedures, supervising administrative staff, maintaining quality control, developing databases, creating presentation materials, billing, web site design, and the list goes on. Due to her accomplishments in the corporate world, in addition to her need and desire to continue learning and growing professionally, she was able to succeed in establishing her virtual assistant business.

Her client base has been mainly developed by providing excellent customer service, which has resulted in business referrals from her current clients and business associates. Her clients receive only the highest quality of service and her goal is to continue exceeding her clients' expectations by continuing to expand her services, business resources, equipment, technology and training.

Ruth is married to a wonderful man with two very active boys. In their free time, they enjoy everything that is done outdoors. They enjoy camping, dirt biking, boating, and water skiing. They also enjoy NASCAR, rally racing, and classic cars.
